What form of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American express), Debit cards and pay pal.
Can someone explain why my card is being declined?
Insufficient funds
Please make sure your account has the funds available in your credit/debit/account to ensure that your order is processed.
Avs mismatch
Always double check to make sure the billing address is correct for the card you are issuing. Also spell check your name, address and make sure your zip code is set properly according to your actual billing statement.
My card was declined. But why does my statement shows a pending charge?
Brief explanation,
If a credit card or debit card is used to make a payment on haroldsusa.com and the purchase was not accepted or declined for any reason please be aware that most banks will hold the "authorize'' fund even if your order was rejected by our security measure, and funds will not be transferred because the charge attempted failed our security measures.
Most common reason for failed transaction are,
Expired credit or debit card.
The billing address and zip code entered do not match the billing address on file with the bank that issued your credit/debit cards. Our address verification system security measures will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch.
Insufficient fund in your account.

www.haroldsusa.com does not have the capability nor the obligation to release the banks temporary hold on authorized funds. We cannot be responsible for the policies of customers banking institution regarding the holding of authorize funds.
Please note that authorization funds hold last for varying periods, depending on the issuing credit card company policy.
What can you do?
In most cases, you don't to do anything, but monitor your funds and watch the pending charges drop off of your statement within a few business days.

The best thing a customer can do in this situation is to contact their issuing credit cards company or bank in order to determine their policy for realizing this pending authorization.
We will happy to work with your bank to resolve this issue. However, we ask that you please contact you bank first as many banks have different ways of resolving the pending charges. Some will provide a form for us to fill out and returned to them. Other requires a signed letter from us some banks can release funds upon receiving a phone call directly from us.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before noon EST ship on the same business day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped either on the same day, or the next day, at latest. If possible, we will notify you of any delay in shipping.
I did not receive my order - what do I do?
Please e-mail (Contact@haroldusa.com) or call us (1800 335 1492), as 90% of the orders we ship arrive within one week of placing your order, provided the items are in stock.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based upon the total weight of your order, and your shipping destination. Our website is linked to the USPS system which allows you to view the exact shipping cost of your order before you pay
How can I view the status of my order?
Login to your account on our website. Once you are logged in, click the "Order History" button to view the status of any current or past orders. You may also view the status of your order by clicking the "Order Status" button on the left.
I did not receive the right amount of items, what do I do?
Please send us an email at contact@haroldsusa.com within a week of receiving your order if you are missing any items from your order. We would like to suggest that once you receive your order to thoroughly check to see if all items were delivered and nothing is missing. in the case of contacting us grace period of week, we will give store credit value of the missing items.
Will I receive shipping conformation and tracking?
Yes you will a conformation invoice via e-mail which will also note your tracking number. You may also find your order details via your my account page.
If I register with your site, what are you going to do with my personal information?
We do not use your personal information in any way besides attempting to contact you regarding your order or order status. We will only add you to our email list if you opt in during checkout. We value your business and will not sell or distribute your information to anyone.
